Express Media s remit to provide relevant and impactful professional development to young writers, editors and artists has not changed, and throughout 2024 the team did this in spades, publishing three print issues of Voiceworks which included work from over 80 artists and writers. In addition to this (and just as importantly) over 600 new works by emerging writers received editorial feedback and mentorship through our volunteer Voiceworks Editorial Committee. This work is invaluable for both the mentors and the mentees. Express Media s Creative Program also engaged over 3000 emerging creatives with developmental opportunities. Every member of the Express Media team continue to edit and publish great works from new voices and deliver programs that are essential for the wellbeing and development of our creative ecosystem.
