Our goal is to increase women's participation and empowerment by supporting women's engagement through social networks, building confidence and empowering women to step out and take advantage of opportunities. We ran online workshops to support women. This created a sense of community and we brought in subject matter experts to lead the workshops. We also ran in person meeting to foster connection and a sense of belonging. We ran a conference that was well attended.
