The Evergreen seniors is established to be a charity whose purpose is to advance health by undertaking any of the following activities: providing patient transport services to and from hospital where necessary to enable patients to access healthcare; providing community health care programs for seniors focused on the needs of the community, such as counselling, and physical & cognitive activities to prevent a dementia; providing home visit services to eligible older people for emotional support and home safety inspection in or around the home if desired. The Evergreen seniors is established to be a charity whose purpose is to advance social or public welfare by: arranging opportunities for elderly people with or without a physical or mental disability to interact with other people by hosting various holiday events; providing activities to elderly people to promote their physical and mental health; providing care services for elderly people who are unable to care for themselves by operating a food delivery service.
