Across the South Coast schools, Ellavation ran a mentoring program connecting classrooms to confidence, culture and real world pathways Students were paired with mentors who listened and walked along side them to ensure attendance, aspirations and belief that they could achieve their goals. For Aboriginal students and their families, the program strengthened cultural pride, trust with schools and created a safe, consistent support beyond the school to open pathways to further education, training and meaningful work.
