* We held 10 public information invitational sessions, supported by Kuringgai Council, providing advice to over 200 residents of Kuringgai LGA regarding the benefits of rooftop solar energy and information on the installation of solar panels and batteries along with useful independent websites that provide further useful information and advice. We are continuing to work with some of the attendees, supporting them in their installations of solar generation and storage; *We participated in the Kuringgai Council's 'Net Zero' Team's activities and its ''Towards Net Zero Futures' Day; *We successfully won two Kuringgai Council Environmental Grants. One for $4200.00 to buy and install two 'Cool Seat' composting systems. One is installed in a 20 unit Apartment block. The other in a preschool/early learning Centre. The second grant of some $17,000.00 is for the purchase of 30 solar model car kits supplied from 'Kite Magic'. The reusable kits will be used for learning sessions provided by members of Electrifying Bradfield, members of the Net Zero Action Collective with Year 5/6 students in Kuringgai primary schools as part of the 2025 'Kuringgai Schools' Solar Model Car Challenge'. * We have continued to operate a very active website offering information and advice with more than 30 posts written during 2024.
