Social Connection ERCS initiatives provide platforms for social connections fostering a sense of belonging and community. Through group activities and collaborative projects, young people form meaningful relationships with peers and mentors. Feelings of isolation are reduced and a culture of mutual respect and cooperation is developed. Resilience We engage young people in new and challenging activities. With the guidance and support of staff and mentors, they build their confidence and strengthen their capacity for selfdetermination. They can overcome challenges and build upon success to face future obstacles with increased confidence. Individual & Community Empowerment We encourage people to be at the center of their own decision making and choices. By encouraging autonomy and taking initiative, we help them become advocates for themselves and others. This paves the way for people to become changemakers in their communities.
