Drive Against Depression's (DAD) purpose is to support mental wellness through the freedom of driving. Our grassroots mental health support services are delivered through social motoring events that normalise mental health conversations, remove stigma and break down barriers that prevent people with mental health challenges from getting the support they need. The shared enthusiasm for cars and motoring engages our community and facilitates connection and conversation factors that we know are essential to helpseeking. Additionally, DAD provides a range of mental wellness strategies through education and partnerships with mental health professionals and practitioners.
