Dream a Dream Foundation Limited s (DADFL) unique service offering Indigenous Cultural Program, is designed to provide young Aboriginal people leaving foster care an opportunity to connect and share their culture in a culturally safe environment. The objectives of these sessions are to provide young Aboriginal people with a safe space to explore a deeper understanding of their Indigenous cultures. Based in Albany the activities include: 1. Site visits: Quarronup Aboriginal Heritage Complex. Andersons Lake Ochre Pit Nightwell Gnamma Hole Stirling Ranges Torndirrup National Park Albany Gap, Blowholes Cheynes Beach Pleasant View Lake Mount Manypeaks 2. Interpersonal movement: bushwalking, damper making, storytelling 3. Recreation: swimming, sightseeing around Albany, 4. Cultural Workshops: BBQ with Elders, cultural tour with guide, toolmaking, etc.
