Building a stronger community is a key priority for the Dongara CRC. Since 2001, the Dongara CRC has made a significant positive impact on community life within the Shire of Irwin, providing people with support, as well as undertaking key community activities to contribute to social inclusion and capacity building for residents of all ages, from young children through to senior citizens. The Dongara CRC provide a range of support services that assist individuals and families with human based resource services, including: Emergency Relief, financial counselling, referrals and information for health and wellbeing, social activities for participation and training / education relevant to local business, industry and employment opportunities.
