To actively reach out to the young people at risk and to families most in need through such programs as youth counselling, family support services, presenting the children and teenagers in court, taking them on camps, visiting their families, and providing opportunities for them to make friends. To run major programs free of charge, on a dropin basis, so that the most financially disadvantaged youth in the community will feel completely welcome. Every effort will be made to cater in these Programs for those groups of young people most in need such as the socially isolated, children and teenagers from lowincome families, aboriginal youth, youth from nonEnglish speaking backgrounds, and the physically/intellectually disabled.
