The ongoing housing crisis has significantly impacted our ability to recruit volunteers, as many individuals are grappling with their own uncertainties. Additionally, the influx of animal surrenders has risen by an alarming 85%, putting immense pressure on our resources and capacity. Pounds across the region continue to remain full, further highlighting the urgent need for our services and the importance of our mission. Despite these obstacles, we have remained committed to our cause, thanks to the unwavering support of our community and our team s dedication. Together, we strive to adapt to these challenges, ensuring that vulnerable animals receive the care and second chances they deserve.
