Dance Makers Collective Incorporated

In 2024, Dance Makers Collective undertook an expansive program of creative development, presentation, touring and artist and sector development to further our mission to build dance communities. Some of our program highlights included the development of a major work All In, which involved a creative team of more than 40 individual artists and creatives from a diverse range of backgrounds, tours of our communityengaged work The Saturday Night Social to regional NSW, the premiere of a new work Wolverine in Sydney Festival, and the commission of three new short works presented at Riverside Theatres with/by/for our emerging artist ensemble Future Makers. We continued to deliver regular and bespoke training programs for artists in Western Sydney and regional NSW. In 2024, our work was acknowledged with a prestigious Impact Award at the PAC Australia Impact Awards held in Geelong.
