CVGT's purpose is to connect more people to meaningful work, and by doing this, to open doors and create amazing futures for Australians who are facing barriers and challenges to entering or reentering the workforce. These included people with disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, parents returning to work, young people just entering the workforce, apprentices and trainees, and the long term unemployed. In 2023 2024, CVGT provided 21,266 people with a range of employment support and job counselling services across a range of programs.
