Funding allocations are made autonomously at the Board s discretion, guided by a panel of EB research experts. Our sole focus is funding research to find a cure, guided by an independent panel of medical experts to prioritise the most promising projects. We also work to make cuttingedge treatments and trials accessible to Australians with EB, addressing the gap caused by pioneering research often being based overseas. Through relentless fundraising, advocacy, and awareness efforts, we strive to improve the lives of the 1,000+ Australians with EB and bring us closer to a future free from EB.
