The cooperative research centre (CRC) continued to deliver a program of research to identify new pathways for post mine transitions that provide better social, economic and nature outcomes. We developed and started 6 new projects while finalised over 13 pilots, case studies and on ground research in regional Australia. Our work produced a large number of new reports with downloads of these publications exceeding 2700 in the last year. Our integrated approach to research, education and capability development is now well established and reaching users of our work across industry, research, government and NGO sectors, connecting with First Nations and Regional Communities and increasingly being accessed across the world as noted through enrolments in our world first mass open online closure in mine closure.
