We provided comprehensive, flexible and integrated support services to older, frail people and their carers to enable them to live the life they want in their community. We provided advocacy for our clients to support their right to remain living at home in their community for as long as safely possible. We worked within a capacity building model to enhance the wellbeing of our rural communities.
