We delivered tailored Wellbeing Services to people living with disability in remote and regional areas of the Northern Territory. These services focused on strengthening participants connection to country, culture, and community through general wellbeing support, disabilitysupported living arrangements, and return to country trips. In addition to our Wellbeing Services, we delivered Youth Services aimed at supporting disadvantaged and atrisk youth. Through weekend and holiday youth programs, crisis care, and residential supported living arrangements, we created safe and supportive environments that helped young people build resilience and work towards brighter futures. To address the growing demand for essential support services, we expanded our local workforce by prioritising the employment of First Nations staff who share the cultural and linguistic backgrounds of participants. This approach ensures culturally responsive and safe support while contributing to regional and economic development. These initiatives reflect our commitment to equitable access, celebrating individual strengths, and unlocking opportunities for growth and success in the communities we serve.
