During the reporting period we shifted from referendum focused advocacy to post referendum nation building. Our principal activity was facilitating dialogue among Traditional Owner led representative bodies to chart the next phase of national First Nations governance, which we advanced through a nationwide engagement program of round tables and online forums; the co design of a National First Nations Gathering planned for September 2025, including development of key thematic streams; and inter community governance design work that produced concise briefing papers outlining collaborative options for a successor national body and shared decision making structures.
