Cottage by the Sea achieves its mission through diverse programs which take the form of shortstay experiences offered in a wide range of environments. During programs, we provide children and young people with opportunities to build positive relationships with peers and adult role models, which helps them to learn and grow when they return to their schools and communities. Everything we do at Cottage by the Sea reflects our values: Respect, Adventure, Integrity, Belonging, Community. For the first time ever Cottage by the Sea welcomed more than 1,700 children on program in 2023/2024. Deakin University has studied the impact of Cottage by the Sea with the report, The impact of Cottage by the Sea: From Ripples to Waves, illustrating the lifechanging impact of our programs.
