1. We provided evidence of bird cholera amongst wild bird populations of the Coorong. 2. We conducted negotiations with land owners regarding location of a 'wet' and 'dry' laboratory at Woods Well, Coorong, which was successful. 3. We conducted negotiations with the State Minister for Environment and Water regarding the need for and establishment of the Laboratory as a service to the local inhabitants and scientists alike.
