Contemporary Asian Australian Performance Ltd.

During 2024 the company operated to provide a voice for the contemporary Asian Australian experience through performing arts. This purpose was carried out by activities including: (a) Creating original, high quality live performance works that tell diverse and complex Asian Australian stories. (b) Developing, nurturing and championing Asian Australian artists and all those engaging in the performing arts sector by fostering a community of artists and creating career pathways nationally and internationally. (c) Identifying and engaging new and existing audiences for culturally diverse performing arts. (d) Building capacity for culturally diverse performance through collaborative linkages within the performing arts sector nationally and internationally. (e) Fostering national and international connections and opportunities. (f) Providing cultural leadership and advocacy for increased cultural diversity in the performing arts. (g) To raise money or seek contributions, financial or other support or benefits to further the objects of the company.
