Connecting Wildlife Ltd

Connecting Wildlife Ltd is a notforprofit conservation organisation working to safeguard and restore critical habitats. Initially the charity s programs were focused on the Cathedral Ranges region of Central Victoria. However, now it focuses its activities on the coastal hamlets of Meringo and Congo areas renowned for their stunning beaches and proximity to Eurobodalla National Park. Connecting Wildlife partners with landholders and local groups to create regional biolinks and drive strategic conservation across the region. The initiative s first protected property, Ned s Forest, spans 28 hectares of oldgrowth forest and rainforest gullies vital habitat for native species such as Greater Gliders and Powerful Owls. Managed by members of the Meringo community, this thriving sanctuary sets the standard for future projects.
