Connecting 2 Communities (C2C) is dedicated to fostering inclusivity, empowerment, and meaningful opportunities for individuals of all backgrounds. Through our diverse programs including skills development, social enterprise initiatives, and community partnerships we actively create pathways for personal growth, employment, and social connection. By collaborating with businesses, charities, and local organizations, C2C has been able to provide vulnerable individuals with handson work experience, life skills training, and support networks that promote longterm independence. Our initiatives, such as the SLES Program, EWaste Micro Programs, and NDISfocused craft workshops, help participants build confidence and develop valuable skills in a supportive environment. Ultimately, our work contributes to a stronger, more connected community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
