For 32 years, ConnectAbility has been driven by a purpose: to enhance the experience of people with disabilities by connecting them to meaningful communities, resources, and services. Founded by community members and families in Newcastle in 1992, ConnectAbility has evolved into a leading NSWbased notforprofit disability provider. Since 2015, ConnectAbility has experienced remarkable growth, with over 1,780 customers receiving services. By empowering individuals and addressing barriers to connection, ConnectAbility helps people achieve their goals, dreams, and aspirations. We foster and strengthen relationships within our Newcastle and Hunter community, as evidenced by our growing number of supporters and donors. We are committed to service excellence, with 97% of our customers satisfied with our services and 70% strongly agreeing. We are passionate about community, and year after year, we remain dedicated to overcoming transportation barriers for individuals with disabilities. We have provided over 792,676 kilometers of transport support to customers for community, social, and civic participation.
