Connect Community Plus Kids IncRegistered

We provided volunteer community mentors to disadvantaged children in the sunshine Coast Area. We supported children to achieve their goals through NDIS support. Connect Kids early intervention and intensive family support program helped to improve outcomes for children and families, both in the shortterm and longterm. By providing families with the support they need to promote healthy development and positive outcomes for children, programs like Connect Kids can help build a stronger, more resilient community.
