In 202324, CRS achieved significant impact through accessible dispute resolution and family support services. Our Children, Youth, and Family Programs saw remarkable outcomes, with 100% of young people improving connections with their families, 91% of young people able to return or remain living with family and 83% experiencing reduced conflict at home. By saving the community over $1.5 million in youth homelessness costs, we helped more young people engage in education and reduce justice system involvement. Through our Alternative Dispute Resolution services, including family and workplace mediation, we supported more than 500 community members with a 92% resolution rate, strengthening relationships across families, communities, and workplaces
