Awards Victoria is a Charity addressing the development of life skills for Victorian Youth. In our 20 years, we have had over 150,000 young people through our nonformal education programs. Our primary focus is to positively enhance the development of disadvantaged and marginalised youth by engaging them in a personal development program. The Compass Award is an experiential learning program that develops the whole child, promoting positive selfdevelopment, initiative and wellbeing, strengthening student engagement and belonging for youth aged 10 to 18+. This program directly targets and supports students from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds, addressing systemic gaps in access to personal development, wellbeing support, and community participation.
