Community Transport Services Tasmania Ltd

CTST is a notforprofit charitable organisation that specialises in providing reliable and safe transport to older people and people with a condition preventing them from undertaking daily activities. CTST services are supported by the Australian Government Department of Health via the Commonwealth Home Support Program and receives funding from the Crown through the Department of Health Tasmania, to provide services under the Tasmanian Home and Community Care Program. We also receive funding from client fees. Our clients are able to access our service for medical appointments, shopping, visiting family and friends, paying bills etc. Our service is provided statewide through a fleet of 100 vehicles. Once a client registers with CTST, bookings are made through our team of Coordinators. Clients are then transported to their destination by our team of around 250 volunteer drivers, and returned home at a prearranged time
