Through our grantmaking we support NFP independent Australian community media to create a stronger, more democratic and open society through greater participation, engagement, inclusion, and cohesion. Our grants support the development and operation of local community radio and television stations across the country. They also support the creation of content that connects, informs, educates and entertains over five million Australians who tune in to their local community media service across Australia each week almost one quarter (24%) of Australians.
