In 2024, we successfully advanced our mission by launching targeted initiatives, such as outreach to isolated communities and schools without breakfast programs, ensuring access to nutritious. Additionally we supported people living in hardship within the City of Melton by making available culturally appropriate foods to ensure the wider community were able to access emergency food with over 265000kg of food supplied. We identified over 350 clients that needed budget education, advocacy, social inclusion and case management and put supports in place to address these issues to improve their mental and financial health.
