The main activity for our company was to provide in home support services to many eligible elderly persons. The access of these government funded services is made easier from a company that understands their language and culture. Co.As.It. provided in home services, social activities, allied health and nursing services to over 5500 clients during the year. These essential services allow them to remain living independently in their own home, avoiding residential care, while also providing support to reable and promote wellness. We are accountable to the Dept. of Health & Aged Care, Dept. of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and child Safety and provide quality, timely and affordable care services in the Sth East Qld region for people over 65 years and those younger than 65 years. The nursing and allied health teams are in contact with our clients on a regular basis ensuring that they maintain a quality of life in their own homes and encourage independence. Providing nursing services at a low cost, maintains people at home and reduces hospital admissions. As an NDIS registered provider Co.As.It. supports clients in accessing social activities, gaining life skills and community participation, improved social connections, isolation and depression.
