ClimateForce has secured 527 acres of lowland rainforest and critical facilities in 2024, strengthening its longterm resilience as an enterprise. Native tree planting is continued to be managed organically through a unique seedtocanopy framwork. Our onground impact is an example of a highbiodiversity reforestation that enhances soil health and monitoring outcomes, with over 80 tree species returned to the soil. .ClimateForce is well equipped to scale our impact into 2026 and beyond swiftly to plant 360,000 trees before the end of the decade. The charity successfully leads monthly oncountry programs with First Nation leaders, students, and corporates, with over 500+ volunteers engaged to date. The fulltime staff are supported by contractors and outsourced services both within Douglas Shire and throughout Australia. Tropical Regen's living lab R&D program tracks biodiversity, maps the full restoration process, and applies indepth data analysis from lessons learned and objectives achieved. Our datarich project supports cuttingedge impact reporting and forecasting models to support other project managers. With the Douglas Shire sugar mill now closed, the organisation's local region faces an urgent need for regenerative agriculture, biodiversity protection, and cultural resilience. The blueprint ClimateForce has been building for four years diversifies unproductive fallow land and unlocks longterm economic opportunities for rural citizens. ClimateForce is proud to be finding the middle ground between analogue and digital means of managing land to showcase an Australialed Nature Positive blueprint that can attract global support into Australia.
