Create a platform where the gifts and talents of people of all ages can be developed to an excellent level. The association intends to use the platform for individuals to express talents and gifts in them, discovering their calling and having a renewed sense of meaning and purpose. Most kids and youth may not excel in sports, and struggle with selfimage and selfesteem. CICA believes God has given each of us unique gifts and talents which need to be discovered, developed and deployed. Hence CICA provides various other avenues for individuals to experiment with creative arts and find expression for what God has invested in them.
