Christ Church North Adelaide Inc

We provide a place for regular worship that maintains the use of the Book of Common Prayer, which is a respectful yet homely reverence in our approach to God. We provide reliable preaching and teaching, comprehensive pastoral care, while seeking to develop ways of spreading the gospel and reaching out to the wider community. Services (3x) of worship were held each Sunday and (1x) each Thursday, and the traditional Special Christian Celebration Services were held on Christmas Day and each day of Holy Week, culminating in the ultimate celebration of Easter and all Saints Days. Additionally, services were also held for Weddings, Baptisms, Funerals and Memorial Services and the North Adelaide Helping Hand Aged Care facility. Pastoral visits to Calvary Hospital and other major health care facilities were also undertaken as requested, as well as a monthly communion service at an aged care facility. Christ Church also reached out to the broader community by coordinating a weekly Playgroup, monthly Messy Church events, and by holding a bimonthly Bring & Buy trading table to raise funds for the Anglican Board of Mission and Bush Church Aid Projects.
