The Charity's first retail Op Shop was set up in Mount Gravatt, Brisbane as a vehicle to provide employment, work placements and volunteering opportunities to the local community as well as young people at risk. In turn, revenue generated enabled the provision of emergency/essential items to children at risk to support them in their living and/or school environments. We also helped local people through the sourcing of items required, relieving them of their unwanted yet useful household goods and connections with relevant services to maintain/improve people's health and wellbeing. Through the provision of goods, services and/or financial assistance we have provided relief to families and children at risk.
