Children and Young People with Disability Australia

CYDA engaged in systemic advocacy on behalf of children and young people with disability, their families and caregivers in Australia through writing submissions informed by our community's lived experience. We also supported the leadership development of young people with disability through our Youth Council, Young Leaders program, our DREAM Employment Network and our Regional Young Leaders Program. We also participated in the United Nations Conference of State Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
