Channel 7 Childrens Research Foundation Of Sa Inc

The Channel 7 Children s Research Foundation (CRF) grants around $1.8 million per year to supporting quality research within South Australia s worldclass universities, research institutes, and health services funding research today to improve the lives of children tomorrow. Our goal is to improve the lives of kids through research, and, in order to achieve a healthy children s research focus in South Australia, we also need to build capacity in this state. To this end we continue to support SA researchers via our Annual Grants, Enabling Grants, Fellowships, and, through Healthy Development Adelaide, sponsorship of PhD Excellence Awards. We awarded 18 new grants to support children's research projects, for a total allocation of $1,283,252 in the Annual Grants round for 2024; we extended the two CRF Fellowships; we awarded the inaugural Enabling Grant; and we funded the CFR/HDA PhD Excellence Awards.
