We are creating change through advocacy, face to face, virtual, and ELearning workplace training. Through our Recognise, Respond and Refer (RRR) training we raise awareness of how to recognise and respond appropriately to the signs of domestic and family violence in individuals and workplaces. Our posttraining questionnaire shows us that more than 98% of training participants felt more confident in recognising the signs of domestic and family violence and more confident responding to someone affected by violence and Coercive Control. In 2024 the RRR elearning was delivered to 34 government and nongovernment workplaces, with a total of 62,419 learning licenses issued. Respect at Work training program continues to be taken up by government and nongovernment workplaces in response to legislative requirements. In 2024 we rolled out our free Our Club says No to DV in schools and community sporting clubs. There has been an enthusiastic response to the training from the school and club leaders as well as students and club sportspersons, both male and female. Club leaders recognise the importance of the training due the increase in the number of females now playing rugby league and AFL often sharing the same training facilities.
