We provided the following services: 1. Counselling services for individuals and families with mental health concerns, family crisis, and adjustment issue 2. A partnership project to provide supports and group activities to promote good mental wellbeing for intellectual students 3. We delivered a series of programs and support for victims of family violence, and to promote respectful relationships in the Chinese community. 4. Our walking group maintain regular walking plan through this to empower older people to maintain their active participation in the community and stay with social connectedness. 5. We organised group meetings, group and classes for seniors to learn selfcare, English, use of new technology, and write their life story.
