Centre Against Sexual Assault Central Victoria Inc

We provided high quality specialist crisis, response and recovery programs and services to people (children, young people and adults) who have experienced and been impacted by sexual assault and family violence. We provide a therapeutic program to work with children and young people (and their parents/carers) who have problematic or use sexually harmful behaviours. We deliver prevention, education and early intervention programs within the Central Victoria community. This includes education settings (primary, secondary and tertiary), community organizations and other key stakeholders to enhance their capacity to respond to disclosures of violence in a sensitive and trauma informed way. We also contribute to sexual violence research and policy development at a local, state and national level work towards a community free from sexual violence and family violence.
