In the 20232024 financial year, CCLO Living successfully fulfilled its mission by providing valuable support to individuals and families living with disabilities. We effectively met our core objectives and made a lasting impact on those we serve. A key focus for us over the past year was the realignment of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services to optimise the use of our properties while maintaining our commitment to highquality care. We have worked to consolidate occupancy across our portfolio. This strategic approach has not only improved financial performance but also enhanced service outcomes. Additionally, we have specifically allocated lowcost rental accommodation for those in need, and we are proud to have achieved 100% occupancy at our lowcost rental properties. The demand for these services remains strong, with ongoing inquiries, and we are currently exploring opportunities to expand this offering to better serve the communities where we live and work. We are pleased to report that these efforts have brought stability, allowing us to focus on ongoing improvements and ensure the continued delivery of highquality services.
