About Ceec International Limited

CEEC International is dedicated to the acceleration of ecoefficient practices by transparently collaborating, disseminating information, and celebrating advances across the global resources sector. CEEC presents the latest innovations for energy, water, emission reduction and initiates collaboration with industry on these challenges. Through the promotion of research, innovation, and highlighting the benefits, CEEC is leading positive change. CEEC provides: Free benchmarking tools through its resource centre, including identified practical operational improvements Access to engaging, interactive and practical international events, webinars, and podcasts CEEC Medals for Technical and Operational innovations, including success stories for the application of efficient practices A Resource Centre that links users to peerreviewed case studies and demonstrated solutions. The continuation of CEEC's work extending along the mining value chain and considering impacts of overall energy, emissions and water prepares us to celebrate, communicate and advocate for good mining practices globally. Our Global Water Initiative made significant strides this year. The GWI roadmap was launched, which provides clear guidance to industry, service providers, researchers and other stakeholders on the intended approach we are taking towards filling the gaps that currently exist in the stewardship of water in resources. The GWI directly addresses the urgent need for responsible and sustainable water management and the gaps in taking context and system boundaries into account when reporting on water consumption and discharge. Our collaboration with Whittle Consulting using the NeoMarvin orebody has allowed us to model innovative ways to improve water efficiencies across a wide variety of climatic and processing environments for copper porphyry mining operations. We relaunched the Energy Curves tool on our website. This tool provides a comprehensive benchmark for energy use in comminution processes, offering practical guidance to mining companies looking to reduce their energy consumption. The tool has been widely adopted across the industry and serves as a vital resource for sustainable operations.
