The Company exists to support CatholicCare NT in delivering benevolent services that contribute positively to the relief of poverty or distress by: (i) supporting the delivery of social services by CatholicCare NT by providing infrastructure and services including but not limited to property, Information Technology and Fleet; (ii) acquiring plant, property and equipment as deemed necessary for the operations of the Company (iii) initiating new projects, including joint ventures and social enterprises if deemed appropriate; (iv) supporting research, education, formation and training.
