Achieving CCNT s vision of healthy families, connected communities and honouring culture has been actively sought through: Providing integrated services to support families to improve the wellbeing of their children by building skills to do the things they need to do to ensure they are safe and healthy, providing early intervention parent education, and engaging men to create safer environments for women and children. Strengthening social, economic and cultural capital of communities by involving Aboriginal people in organisational governance and decision making, building client capacity to contribute to community activities, and addressing social and cultural barriers to improve participation in education and work. Collaborating and partnering with clients, communities and other key stakeholders to assess needs, participate in design, delivery and evaluation of services, and sharing information to contribute to transformation of community attitudes and behaviours.
