Catholic Social Services NSW/ACT has continued to coordinate the Catholic Social Services NSW/ACT member network to build connection and capacity, share and promote best practice across the sector through communities of practice and network events, advocate for the social services sector, and to encourage partnerships between Catholic social services within New South Wales and the ACT. As a statewide advocate, Catholic Social Services NSW/ACT also works with its members to produce evidence/research which informs public opinion and assists government and the community to develop just and compassionate social and economic policies that will improve the lives of the vulnerable and disadvantaged people in New South Wales and ACT.
