The object of the Company is to pursue charitable purposes only and to apply the income and property of the Company when so ever derived solely to promote those purposes. They are to: the advancement of religion through the promotion of the beliefs and teachings of the Catholic Church; manage funerary facilities and protect and foster their sacred character; to make provision for the burial and cremation of the mortal remains of those of any and no faith who desire burial or cremation and the interment of those remains; undertake the governance, conduct, management or control of any funerary facility; and conduct related operations and activities and provide related services in respect of funerary facility to generate funds.
