Carers ACT provided care planning, respite services, coaching, counselling, social activities and coordinated support with daily living activities to support, empower and connect carers in the ACT and surrounding region. As a trusted partner in care, we enable carers to undertake their caring role with capacity and capability. Through our strong connections with Government, we are actively engaged to ensure that carers' voices are heard in decisionmaking and policy development. We work actively with other community organisations and businesses to raise awareness and to make Canberra a more carerfriendly community.
