CTC operates throughout Central QLD and provides people with pathways to employment, training opportunities and specialist services which foster social equity for all people. CTC manages the Youth Housing and Reintegration Service (YHARS) in Central QLD, assisting young people aged 12 to 21 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, find safe accommodation and to reengage in productive and positive choices which enable a better quality of life. CTC partners with communitybased organisations, industry and Government to design and delivery other localised program solutions that shape futures, build networks, create employment opportunities and build vocational pathways.
