CHN commissions services in the ACT which are designed to provide better Health outcomes for all Canberrans. This is done by identifying the health needs across the community and developing programs and services to address these needs. Our Mental health and Suicide Prevention program helped establish The Canberra Head to Health Centre is a new, free adult mental health center to help Canberrans find the mental health support they need. We maintain a number of programs in the following areas of Primary Care support: Aged Care Palliative Care Indigenous Health Supporting Alcohol and Other Drugs management Promoting equitable access to Primary Health in ACT. Our vulnerable populations vaccinations program helped many vulnerable groups receive COVID19 vaccine.
