Canberra Hospitals Foundation

Canberra Hospital Foundation raised funds through philanthropy and fundraising events to help make a positive difference to the hospital experience and health outcomes of patients in our local and regional community who access public health care. Activities included: enhancing a caring, worldclass health and healing service for patients, their families, and carers contributing to better health outcomes for members of our community supporting the purchase of new and innovative medical technology and equipment, translational research, transformations of away from bed spaces, therapeutic programs and comfort items All initiatives achieved significant outcomes and impact helping to promote the prevention and control of diseases; enhancing patient care and treatment; and uplifting the hospital experience for public healthcare patients from Canberra and regional NSW.
